Thank you for your interest in scheduling your hair appointment with me. Please read carefully all the instructions below before scheduling. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our scheduling policies, as it allows us to serve all our clients efficiently and fairly.

Scheduling Policies

Pre-appointment details

  • Preparation: Prior to your appointment, please make sure your hair is clean, detangled and ready for braiding. This helps us to achieve the best results for your braiding style.

  • Timing: We kindly request that you arrive on time for your appointment to ensure we can accommodate you efficiently. If you anticipate being late, please notify us immediately. If you are 15 minutes late and without notifying us, we will automatically cancel your appointment.

Cancellation policies

  • At Maenha’s Beauty Place, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. However, to provide the best service to all our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

  • Notice: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer your reserved slot to another client.

  • Late Cancellations/No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time or failure to show up for your appointment will result in a cancellation fee 50% of total cost. This fee will be applied to your next appointment.

  • Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.

Payment policies

  • Payment Methods: We accept cash, Venmo, cash App and Zelle.

  • Payment Due: All hair appointment payment are dues at the time-of-service completion.

  • Gratuities/Tips: While tips are not required, gratuities for exceptional service are greatly appreciated. You may include tips in cash or using any of the payment methods.
